Injection Molding Prototypes in 48h — Switzerland

Why settle for 3D print substitutes when you need the real material? Our additively manufactured precision tools deliver genuine injection molded parts — with the same material properties as the later series.

100% Real thermoplastic

How it works:

1

Send CAD file

Upload STEP, STL or IGES. We check the geometry for injection molding suitability.

2

Quote within 24h

You receive cost estimate, material assessment, delivery time and technical notes before approval.

3

Additive Tooling

The tool is additively manufactured. No expensive steel tools — lead time in hours instead of weeks.

4

Injection + Quality Control

Processing of your desired thermoplastic including visual inspection and relevant measurement points.

5

Delivery from 48h

Delivery of parts with inspection report. On request with dimensional sheet, material certificate and processing report.

What is Additive Tooling Technology?

With Additive Tooling Technology, injection molds are not machined from metal, but manufactured by additive processes (SLA/DLP with high-performance resins or FDM with engineering thermoplastics).

This allows a drastic reduction in costs and lead times compared to classic steel tools — with sufficient tool life for prototypes and small batches up to 500 parts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which file formats are accepted?

We accept STEP, STL, IGES and PDF drawings. STEP is preferred for precise dimensional accuracy. For complex geometries we recommend STEP + PDF drawing.

How long does it take?

For simple geometries we deliver prototypes within 48 hours of order confirmation. For more complex parts or small batch projects typically 3–5 business days.

Which materials are possible?

Basically all common thermoplastics — from ABS through PA6 to PEEK and COC. Please contact us for specific requirements.

What does a prototype cost?

Costs depend on geometry, material and quantity. Write to us with your CAD file — we create a quote within 24 hours.

Request project

Upload your CAD file and describe your project. We will create a non-binding quote for you within 24 hours.
